Mobilewords Limited newest working title is almost ready for printing and binding.

A toponym is a name. A toponymy is a collection of official and accepted names, in this case names of headlands, coves, cod berths, hills, underwater features, and local neighbourhoods found on the Irish Loop.
Toponyms (names) are important cultural, geographical, and historical entities, often defining social and economic identity, always defining a personal sense of place.

Details

Besides being a reference work for toponyms, origins and other analyses, it is anticipated the toponymy will help us understand why we name things as we do; increase regional social and cultural links; strengthen the regional, shared identity; and, illuminate the region's history.
The toponymy will be sewn in a flexible, embossed cover; recent examples of this binding are Boulder Publications Newfoundland birds and Newfoundland wildflowers guides. At standard letter size, and in full colour, the toponymy will resemble a small atlas. The look and feel of the sewn binding and the embossed cover give the volume quality and durability missing in paperbacks.
